India’s Highest Sky Cycling Track built in Manali – Jagran Josh

Sky Cycling Track has made by Atal Bihari Vajpayee Mountaineering Sports Institute under the supervision of Colonel Neeraj Rana

The highest sky cycling track of the country has been built at an altitude of 9,000 feet at Gulaba, a tourist destination at Manali. The track was successfully tested on August 29, 2019. The length of this track is 350 meters. It will be duly opened to the general public in the first week of October.

This track has made by Atal Bihari Vajpayee Mountaineering Sports Institute under the supervision of Colonel Neeraj Rana. The sky cycling track will strengthen the government revenue and tourists will also get a chance to participate in adventure activities.

Key Highlights

• The sky cycling track has built at an altitude of 9,000 feet.
• About 450 meter long jeep line including 350 meter sky cycling has been successfully tested.
• Apart from this, the state government is constructing a nature garden in the courts of Gulaba, which is estimated to cost about two crore rupees.
• This are will comprise – Ticket booking room, walking trek, kids play area, rope cross, picnic area, tree house with a tower, yoga and meditation centres, natural waterfall, restaurant and shopping complex, toilets, adventure activities such as ATV trek, snow games, jeep line and abseiling.
