There’s a lot of cyclists on PoPville and would love to get some advice on what type of bicycle to buy.
I live adjacent to the C&O canal path, so would like to get something that works well on gravel paths. Further, I have a baby and would eventually like to start commuting with the kid. And, finally, I am interested in overnight bike touring.
It seems that an “adventure road bike” may be my best bet as an all-around bike for my purposes. But any recommendations from local experts would be appreciated! I am a bit overwhelmed by all the brands online, options, child care seat, etc.”
